Arcona Capital, on behalf of its investors, has sold office building Inspiratis I in Rotterdam to a family office. The building is a modern, well–maintained office building of approximately 12,200 sqm LFA and is provided with 171 parking spaces divided over the underground parking garage and the upper parking deck. The property was constructed in 2008 and is awarded with an EPC label A.

Inspiratis I is located at the Dynamostraat 16-22 in Hart van Zuid, a district in the southern part of Rotterdam. The area is in transition, transforming into a high-quality and vibrant district thanks to development projects and upgrading of the amenities and infrastructure in the area. 

The property has a social designation and is currently occupied for almost 90% of the floor area by Stichting Jeugdbescherming Rotterdam Rijnmond and Parnassia Groep. Stichting Jeugdbescherming is a regional operating organisation that works together with parents and the network of the family on a safe parenting situation. Parnassia Groep is one of the largest providers of mental health care in the Netherlands. They provide care to more than 170,000 patients from locations throughout the Netherlands.
