Grouwels buys 163 residences in the Netherlands

Grouwels Vastgoed has purchased a residential portfolio for 32.6 million euros from Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, which acts on behalf of one of its clients.

The residential portfolio has a national spread over seven locations in the Netherlands: Roosendaal, Terneuzen, Drachten, Ommen, Hoevelaken, Oss and Duivendrecht. It concerns a total of 163 homes, of which 87 multi-family homes, 76 single-family homes and 60 parking facilities. The construction years of the houses vary from 1969 to 1988.

Syntrus Achmea received commercial assistance from Colliers International and legal assistance from Core Notariaat.
