Colliers moves to Blaak House Rotterdam

Blaak House building in Rotterdam
The Rotterdam branch of Colliers International will move to the renovated national monument Blaak House in the third quarter. Colliers rents approximately 630 sq m on the top floor with a view of the lively center, the harbor and the Maas.

The impressive building is one of three monumental bank buildings that together formed the post-war financial district of Rotterdam. Due to its rich history, its location in the heart of the Rotterdam working area of Colliers and energy label A, this building is an ideal match. 60 employees will soon be working at this iconic location.

The new office, just like the building itself, is future-proof. The popular office garden has been transformed into an office patio with a combination of dynamism and tranquility. Due to the open layout, colleagues can easily visit each other. At the same time, there are opportunities to seek silence.

Bas Verschoor, Asset Manager at Lasalle: “We are very pleased with the arrival of Colliers in our building, they fit perfectly with the appearance of the building and we look forward to a pleasant cooperation in the future.”

Dirk Bakker, Chief Executive Officer at Colliers: “With the choice of Blaak House we have opted for a sustainable building in a location that is characterized by the power of Rotterdam. As Colliers we contribute to the city and the built environment with an eye for the past, but with a focus on the future. ”
