Colliers helps Albron to grow further in 'high traffic' locations

Albron, the largest independent food service company in the Netherlands, has appointed the Colliers International F&B team to lease dozens of stores on their behalf in the coming years, in clusters starting from three stores per city, area or shopping center.

Colliers will be responsible for the search for suitable locations, in order to help shape Albron's growth ambition in the high traffic segment.

Albron invents, builds and manages food concepts with a story. At high traffic locations, at companies and governments, at universities, in hospitals and healthcare institutions, at event locations and for day and overnight recreation.

In order to respond optimally to the specific needs per segment and per location, Albron has a broad portfolio of well-known and self-developed food brands, such as Starbucks, AH to go, Anne & Max, Le Perron and Frites Affairs. In this way, Albron can add value and experience to these (shopping) environments.
