There, as Associate Director, he advised clients on their accommodation by bringing together all expertise in the right way.

On July 1, Mart Schellekens (27 years old) will start as a Tenant Advisory consultant and, together with the team, will guide clients towards future-proof housing. Mart comes from CBRE and was Consultant Client Solutions there. He studied International Business & Management at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

At the same time as Jan Willem, Fendi van Norde (23 years old) starts as a consultant Tenant Advisory. She will advise tenants with the team. Fendi graduated at CBRE and obtained her bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Brokerage at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

“We are very happy with the arrival of these three driven people in our advisory team. At a time when we are increasingly working from home in the Netherlands, it is important to provide good advice to companies and to come up with sustainable solutions. ” says Dirk Bakker, CEO of Colliers. "We therefore find it essential to invest heavily in these uncertain times and to be ready for our clients."
