Lifetex Industry opens first European office in Amsterdam

In the first quarter of 2020, the textile company Lifetex Industry Holding B.V. arrives in the Amsterdam Houthavens. The company has signed a long-term lease for 400 sq. m. showroom and office space in the building ‘MOERMANSK400’ located at the Moermanskkade.

Lifetex Industry, a subsidiary of Shanghai Sunwin Industry, is an import and export company and a major supplier of household textiles, clothing and accessories. They supply to established brands, retailers and e-commerce companies in Europe and the United States of America. The Chinese multinational has offices in Shanghai, New York and South Africa.

The sustainable building has been delivered last year by owner G&S Vastgoed. The high ceilings, the view and the other users in the area were decisive for Lifetex Industry. The company establishes her first European office here. With the arrival of Lifetex Industry, another major player in the textile sector is coming to Houthavens. Several fashion and textile companies are located in this business park, which is also called the hub for creative companies.

Jessie Liu, Office Manager at Lifetex Industry: "This a great location with beautiful view and interesting people here. We are looking forward to our start in Amsterdam."

Colliers International advised Lifetex Industry on the acquisition. JLL advised owner G&S Vastgoed in collaboration with VGE and C&W.
