SmaVa sells Computerweg in Utrecht to M7 Real Estate.

Partnership SmaVa has sold seven office and industrial buildings located at Computerweg in Utrecht to a by M7 Real Estate managed fund. This is the last purchase of the M7 EREIP V fund in the Netherlands.

The office buildings have a total surface area of more than 17,000 m2, of which approximately 13,300 m2 of office space and 3,700 m2 of industrial space and are located on 37,000 m2 of freehold land. Almost 90% of the buildings are rented to both major local and international parties such as Vodafone-Ziggo, Vers & Fijn, Atimo and TriOpSys.

The buildings are located on the Lageweide business park in Utrecht, near the Zuilense Ring and the A2 motorway. Due to its central location in the Netherlands, the site is a popular location for both office users and industrial and logistics entrepreneurs. HEMA and WE, among others, have established their distribution center here.
