Fluke has found new accommodation on Brainport Industries Campus

At the end of 2020, Fluke will move to the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven. The company has signed a long-term lease for 6,250 sq m office space, 3,125 sq m warehouse and 2,000 sq m laboratory space.

Fluke, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortive Corporation, is a multinational corporation that manufactures (measuring) instruments used in manufacturing and service industries. Every new factory, office, hospital and building is a potential customer for Fluke products today. The company now occupies first or second place in every market where it operates.

The Brainport Industries Campus brings together the most innovative and successful companies and institutes from the Brainport region as a whole. It is the new location for the high-tech manufacturing industry. The space around the buildings forms a whole with the green, wooded area of the new Brainport Park city park. There are walking and cycling paths, meadows and special gardens. The campus is close to Eindhoven Airport, the A2 and the Beatrix Canal.

Colliers International advised Fluke during the process. JLL acted on behalf of the landlord Brainport Industries Campus C.V.
