Calzedonia and Intimissimi open a dual brand store in Nieuwe Haagse Passage

Italian retail chain Calzedonia Group has signed a lease agreement for its Calzedonia and Intimissimi brands for the retail space at Passage 62F in The Hague. A.s.r. real estate has signed this lease agreement on behalf of the ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund.

The retail space in the Nieuwe Haagse Passage will be divided after a renovation and will have two separate entrances for Calzedonia and Intimissimi. Both stores are expected to open their doors to the public at the end of September.

Founded in 1987, Calzedonia sells tights, stockings and swimwear for women, men and children. The brand has more than 2,000 stores worldwide. This year, Calzedonia will open several stores in the Netherlands after the first store in Amsterdam last year. Calzedonia has also been opening stores in the Netherlands for lingerie brand Intimissimi since this year. The brand was founded in 1996 has an extensive worldwide franchise network. Calzedonia Group has a total of more than 4,500 stores in more than 40 countries.
