Winkelcentrum Marsmanplein te Haarlem. Winkelcentrum De Korf in Krimpen a/d IJssel. En diverse winkels in Wijchen, Zevenbergen, Amersfoort, Heemskerk.
Becoming a manager in 2003 and been given the opportunity to start in Real Estate in 2006. Improving myself by a lot of education.

Senior Technical Manager
My name is Patrick Vogels 51 years of age and I’m currently living in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Within the Asset Service Team (CAS), I would expect to be able to put my knowledge and experience to good use as a senior Technical Manager.
Although my roots are in technology starting as a technician, it has been due to my interest that I-have been able to build-up my working experience in a much broader area and in the various positions utilising my communicating, consulting and management skills.
During my carrier and in particular during my studies, I-have been in regular contact with Colliers and I-have followed with special interest the development of CAS. Having worked in the healthcare and retail sector for at last 20 years, I-feel privileged to have the opportunity to expand my carrier at CAS since January 2020.
I am a motivated, result driven individual with hands-on retail experience. I am persistent and determined with a never-give-up mentality. I am analytic and I-combine effective communication skills with extensive retail knowledge. I am energetic, persuasive, flexible and able to set the right priorities. I have the ability to speak both the ‘language’ of the end-user and the contractors with a pro-active service-oriented attitude.
In the various positions with different companies, I-have been responsible for Project Result Management (achieving set quality, financial, planning and communication goals), effectively translating end-user’s needs and requirements into (technical) solutions.
