I am a specialist in the world where Food & Beverage and Retail cross paths. Partly due to my role as Head EMEA Retail, I am internationally and nationally oriented in all trends and developments and I am able to translate these into real estate issues.
I have been with the Colliers family since 2013. I laid the foundation for the Retail department. In 2018 I was asked to do the same for the new Food & Beverage department. With this I have shown to be innovative and innovative and to have entrepreneurship at heart.
Since 2018 I have also been a member of the Advisory Board of the Global Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF). Advisor Food & Beverage
After I completed my HBO study in Utrecht in 2007, I started at Colliers. (then Boer Hartog Hooft). The first 8 years I worked as coordinator Investments at the Capital Markets department. In this position I coordinated and supervised the commercial purchases and sales of investment objects throughout the Netherlands. This is also where I first came into contact with Retail. In 2015 I switched to the Retail department. Here I was responsible for the purchase and rental of Retail units. In 2018 my direct colleague Etienne van Unen set up the Food & Beverage department and I was allowed to join this. At the moment we are mainly involved in the rental and rental / purchase and sale of Food & Beverage units and everything else that has to do with Food & Beverage.
