Vincent has been working in corporate real estate for 23 years. From the start of his career up and until 2002 he worked for DTZ Zadelhoff, first as an agent and later as associate director. From 2002 until 2009 he was board member of LSI project Investment NV, an independant developer, specialed in the (re)development of offices and residential buildings. From 2009 until 2011 Vincent started his own development company Impact Vastgoed. In 2012 and 2013 he was a board member of the new startup 1 Nomij, which was listed at Euronext. He joined AOS in 2014 in the Real Estate Services team with a focus on tenant rep and (re)development. In October 2014 AOS Group merged with Colliers. From 2018 he is responsible for all office and retaildevelopments as Director Development.

I Joined Colliers in October 2020 as Senior Business Developer at the Colliers inhouse Design & Development team. The team's highest goal is to create added value for your real estate property, and design and build pleasant and innovative working environments.

I started in real estate in 2007 at the Design & Build company HEEMBOUW. Specialised in total solutions for the industrial and logistics sector. For eight years as a Sales Manager: advising entrepreneurs for their housing issues:
(re)location advice, design, financing, development, engineering, and turnkey construction.
Jasper always focusses on the wishes of the customer. He clearly bears in mind that a design is at the service of the client, but is at the same time critical enough to steer towards a better result. His job is not done until the customer is fully satisfied, because "the user is left behind in the designed environment". Due to a wide range of activities, in addition to pure design, he has also built up a great deal of expertise in the field of workplace consultancy, office design and supervision during the realization of projects. Projects that range from sketches for area developments, redevelopment of offices and shopping centers to housing complexes. Jasper is part of but not limited to the Design & Development team. With his versatile knowledge and skills, Jasper serves various departments within Colliers: Agency, Asset Services Offices, Asset Services Retail, Capital Markets, Hotels, Occupier Services and Retail
In 2017 I started at Colliers International as part of the team 'Workplace Innovation & Project Management'. Since July 2018 we're opperation under the new expertise 'Design & Development'. Before, I worked for three years as an interiorarchitect at De Twee Snoeken, 's-Hertogenbosch. I worked for several Dutch clients and developed different concepts for work environments, and also public environments.

I joined Colliers International as a Junior Project Manager on September 1, 2019.
I studied Built Environment specialisation Assetmanagement in Amsterdam. During my thesis, at valuation, I researched the possible added value of BREEAM-NL In-Use for offices in the cities Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Den Haag.
Before I started at Colliers International I've had a side job during my study at SRE Property Management B.V. as an assistant project manager.

Senior Project Manager
Harry Abbing studied Energy Technique and is certified electro technical engineer. He also has an education in operational management and project management and followed courses in the field of real estate management, building costs, facilities management as well as communication and leadership skills. Before joining AOS (in 2000) Harry already gained an enormous experience and expertise in all aspects of office accommodation, workplace institution and construction projects in various functions for over 10 years.
At AOS he guided a large number of clients in new build and relocations projects.
In October 2014 AOS Group joined Colliers International, forming the new company Colliers International Corporate Solutions. Harrry is Senior Project Manager in this new company.

19 years ago started and during this time executed a large number of projects for a wide variety of (national and international) clients, among which extensive turnkey assignments. Designed and Build (Turnkey) realisation the entire renovation process including architect design and MEP design services, structural engineering, management of licenses and permits, consultancy and daily management of the renovation work.

Senior Project Manager
Before joining WPM in 1988, Peter already gained ample experience in the field of construction management. He started as an assistant manager at Gebam (after the fusion named Dura Vermeer). In the Flevopolder he managed projects in Housing. From 1983 he managed projects in the non-residential construction premium offices in central and southern Netherlands.
In november 1988 Peter started in the function of Senior project manager at WPM Planontwikkeling.
As of February 2012, Peter works for WPM Development / Colliers International Asset Development as a Senior Construction Manager. He manages and coordinates the development of the project from the realisation phase up to and including the delivery. This means that he tunes between the tenants' interests, project progress and the interests of the client.
I joined Colliers International as a Junior Project Manager on November 1, 2015.
I studied Construction Management & Real Estate with an minor/specialization of Real Estate Investment. During my thesis I researched the added value of sustainable housing for the office users, relative to non-sustainable housing.
During my study I gained some work experience as Construction Administrator and Facility Manager.
