Senior Business Developer
I Joined Colliers in October 2020 as Senior Business Developer at the Colliers inhouse Design & Development team. The team's highest goal is to create added value for your real estate property, and design and build pleasant and innovative working environments.
Is your building outdated or does it no longer meet market requirements? Do you have a (partly) vacant building and are you looking for the best solution? Or are you a real estate owner and curious about opportunities to redevelop your property? Do you want to expand your business in the future, or centralize your locations?
Whether it concerns offices, logistics, retail or residential, Colliers Design & Development advise you on all issues concerning: redevelopment, development of new buildings, renovations and furnishing. With our team of 20 experts, we test the feasibility of your plans, review new concepts and development and guide you through the design, tendering, renovation and building process. We provide you with well founded advice and process management to guide and execute your projects.
