Talent & Development Assistant
In December 2020 I started working as a Talent and Development Assistant at Colliers. My main responsibility is the coordination of all talent acquisition related projects such as the sourcing, hiring and onboarding of new employees. With this comes campus recruitment and optimizing the candidate experience.
Before I joined Colliers I gained experience as a Recruitment Assistant, HR Support and Campus Recruiter.

Talent & Development Consultant
As Talent & Development Lead I create and execute the local talent strategy, aligned with the Colliers’s mission and values. As trusted advisor my goal is to get the full potential out of our people and organisation. My responsibilities are talent acquisition, learning and development, onboarding, employer branding, candidate and employee experience. Together with my team we improve performance, productivity, engagement and retention. I manage the recruitment strategy and full recruitment. Design learning programs including needs analysis, planning, design/development and training delivery. I'm very keen on finding ways to improve efficiency and the candidate and employee experience.
In 2008 I started at Colliers Talent Acquisition Consultant, and was reponsible for the entire recruitment process. From determining the recruitment strategy, active sourcing of candidates to conducting the selection interviews. Giving strategic advice to the management about the correct interpretation of the teams and report the recruitment analytics. In 2020 I got promoted to Talent & Development lead.
I started in Real Estate in 2014 at the Valuation department at DTZ, continued as HR and Office Manager at Vivo Wonen and also have worked for JLL.
I'm working at Colliers as a HR consultant since May 2019. I'm responsible for advising Business Leaders, management and employees on HR topis such as development of employees, performance management, absence etc. I will also contribute to various HR projects.
Before Colliers I worked at ARTIS, the Amsterdam Royal Zoo. for 7,5 years. First as an intern and then as a side job next to my studie. in 2013 I became the HR consultant and the last year I was Team Leider of HR.
I joined Colliers in January 2020 as an HR Consultant for the office in Den Bosch. Together with the rest of the HR team, we are working on further optimizing the HR Service Center and the organization. I am here to support you on a range of topics; sickness leave, policy matters, organizational advice, employment advice, etc.

After completing my studies I started as an HR Assistant at Nasdaq BWise and eventually became an HR Business Partner.
Most recently I worked as a Talent (HR) Business Partner at LoyaltyOne where I supported the Precima business unit in the Netherlands and England. My role was very similar to what I am doing here; an all-round HR function within an organization that is constantly on the move.
I graduated in 2018 and at that time I was working as a Recruiter. I wanted to focus more on Human Resources and started working for Colliers in July 2019.
I am responsible for the administrative HR policy. I am working on updating the administrative procedures, and I am responsible for all the administrative activities concerning staff (+/- 300 employees) for all operating companies of Colliers in the Netherlands.
