Director Agency Amsterdam
Olivier is director of Agency Amsterdam. In this role he advises different types of (corporate) clients on real estate with negotiations on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Furthermore he advises private equity, institutional and private real estate investors with buying and selling office properties in the Netherlands. Olivier holds a master degree in corporate Law (LLM).
We offer integrated brokerage/transaction services designed specifically to fit landlord needs. Our understanding of the dynamics of local real estate markets around the globe enables owners to create maximum value for their asset or portfolio of assets.

We analyze each tenant's business objectives and match them with the optimal real estate solution. Since 2018 I am part of the agency team in the greater Rotterdam real estate market, advising landlords and investors. My focus is on Offices. My daily work consists of letting transactions and mid cap transactions.
I started as Junior Asset Manager by Chalet Group. As Junior Asset Manager my (commercial) focus was on a real estate portfolio (+ 100 million) in the greater region of South-Holland. My daily task was to add value to our assets in South-Holland. My main responsibilities exsisted off contracting new tenants, renegotiating excisting tenants, contact with property management (extern) and make plans to (re)develop our assets.
I wrote my thesis on the Rotterdam office investment market at Chalet Group during my Real Estate Management study.
Roderick is a member of the Office Agency team in the Netherlands. In this role he advises different types of (corporate) clients on real estate with negotiations on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Furthermore he advises private equity, institutional and private real estate investors with buying and selling office properties in the Netherlands. Roderick holds a Masters degree (LLM) in tax law.

Since January 2020 I returned to Asset Services as a Senior Account Manager in our office in Den Bosch. As an account manager, I am responsible for managing the account team on a commercial, technical and financial level. I maintain direct contact with my client on a daily basis. In addition to regular tenant meetings, we also speak to the tenants on a regular basis. This concerns, among other things, the condition of the rented property, rent payments, service charges, quality of service provided by the maintenance parties.
Since May 2018 I joined Colliers International Agency B.V. as a broker for Industrial & Logistics real estate in our office in Rotterdam.

I have more than 20 years of experience in real estate. My career started in 1998 as a secretary at a real estate agent. In 2007 I worked for a real estate owner for 2 years.
Since 2009 I have been working as a team assistant for the Colliers real estate team in Eindhoven.
Director Business Development
In November 2020 I joined Colliers as Director Business Development. In this role I am responsible for the contacts and relationships with the investors of real estate in Rotterdam, The Hague and surroundings. My focus is on the Agency department including all leasing, purchase and sale activities. However Asset Services, Design and (re)Development or any other business lines providing services or solutions for real estate issues will have my full attention.
A two years period as Managing Director of Groot Handelsgebouw in Rotterdam, the largest monumental building of The Netherlands consisting of 120,000 s.qm LFA and housing over 450 companies, brought many challenges during the period Sep 2018- Oct 2020. The daily management of the team (10 people) and being responsible for the asset as well as the property management brought all my real estate experience together in one role.
Prior to working on the investor side I worked as an advisor at JLL. After several years working as property manager, I switched in 2006 to the Agency department of JLL in Rotterdam of which I became head of the Agency department in Rotterdam in 2015. My main responsibilities exsisted of advising corporates, developers, occupiers and investors of real estate on diverse complex real estate issues in Rotterdam, The Hague and surroundings. Advise on leasing, disposal, buying or renegotiating of contracts were key drivers in my job.
Carlo has been working in the real estate business since 2007. He started his career at Certitudo Capital. In 2011 he switched to Cushman & Wakefield (formely DTZ Zadelhoff) as an Real Estate agent. In 2015 he continued his career as an Asset Manager at Merin, owned by Dream Global REIT, and worked his way up to a Regional Manager Asset Management. Carlo joined Colliers International in 2019. Since then Carlo has been working as Director Agency with the general responsibility of the Eindhoven office and Agency department.

I started my career in 2003 at a local Agency in Utrecht as an assistant real estate agent after finishing my internship at that organization in that year. I continued my career in 2007 at Meeùs Agency in Utrecht as real estate agent.
In 2009 I started at WPM Kantoormanagement as accountmanager of the Rabo Eigen Steen Fund. First on behalf of Bouwfonds and later on behalf of Rabo Eigen Steen and nowadays on behalf of FGH Bank N.V.
From 2008 Rabo Eigen Steen bought several offices from local Rabobank organizations in a sale and lease back construction.

Started in 1999 in the Real Estate Industry as Commercial Property Manager for International Clients in the Netherlands. Became Asset manager in 2006 at a private investor for a diverse portfolio with Oppurtunity and Core Commercial Real Estate. Worked for different investors in Real estate and later for Q-Park as Portfolio manager, managing the lease agreements of the parking garages and looking for investment- and development oppertunities of the assets.
