I joined Colliers in October 2016 as Marketing Manager. Today I'm the Chief Growth Officer and responsible for the sustainable growth of the company. A cross-functional job including marketing, sales, research & data, products and finance.
The teams marketing & business development, research & data and property marketing are responsible for strengthening the Colliers brand through integrated content marketing, programs focussing on high client satisfaction, and client centered product development. We also advice shopping mall owners on positioning, branding and marketing activities.
After studying Business Economics at the University of Tilburg I started my career at DLL Financial Services as marketer (4.5 years), followed by a senior marketer role at Achmea (4 years). Before I joined Colliers I worked at ABN AMRO as Senior Marketer International Clients (5 years) where I was among others responsible for the marketing activities of ABN AMRO Real Estate.

Head of Research & Market Intelligence
Frank has been head of research at Colliers International since 2018. His focus is on realizing Colliers’ internal and external strategies and goals, with the mission to deliver fact based insights, innovative solutions and disruptive perspectives.With the research team we focus on the internal support of the various business lines in order to let them function as well as possible. In addition, we focus on external publications. With the pulbications we try to increase our brand awareness in the Netherlands and to be the expert on the future of real estate.
Before Colliers International I worked at Dynamis one of the largest Dutch real estaste consultants in the Netherlands, where I worked as a research manager in a similar position to my current position. For Dynamis I work at the Economic Institute for the Construction Market where I worked as a researcher in the office and housing market. Here I did research on the effects of policy on the various real estate markets. I mainly reported to the various authorities in the Netherlands.
New Business Developer
I joined Colliers in December 2009 as Property Manager. Today, I’m responsible New Business Development of our Asset Services Department. This includes the acquisition and pitching process, increase of value of real estate portfolios and integral real estate advisory to our Colliers clients.
After studying Real Estate Management at the Hogeschool Rotterdam, I started my career at Euro American Investors as Investor Relation Manager and Asset Manager (3,5 years), followed by Negotiator Capital Markets at JLL (2 years). At Colliers, I worked as property manager (3,5 years), Head of Commerce (2 years), followed by Director of Asset & Property Manager in January 2015.
Over the years I have been involved in real estate investment, advisory and consultancy, structured sales, property management and asset management of real estate portfolios of national and international clients.
In short i am a creative problem solver with a soft spot for data visualisation. In 2017 I started at Colliers as graphic designer with a main focus on bids and pitches. Adjecent to my role of designing compelling pitch documentsas my other major tasks include: maintaining and extending the visual identity of the Netherlands and ensuring unity across all corporate communications, designing excellent marketing materials for all types of real estate as well as conceptualising and rolling out of various types of content such as publications and infographics. In addition to my three major tasks i recently started focusing my efforts on external clients in the field of property marketing. This includes creative branding and website creation for real estate. My goal as a designer is to translate complex ideas into easy-to-digest, creative visual stories. As graphic designer I've had extensive work experience within various B2B and B2C sectors. This has given me a diverse skillset and a broad knowledge of different deliverables for both print and digital platforms.

I joined Colliers International in October 2018, after completing my MSc in International Management. During my studies I did several exchanges in multiple countries in Europe and Asia, which broadened my international mindset and knowledge about cultural consumer differences. As Junior Research Consultant I am focusing mostly on the Residential and Retail markets.

I started my career at Colliers in march 2013 as a project assistant. Since 2018 I've changed my career path from being a project assistant to Marketing Manager Retail at Colliers. in this function I am responsible for the marketing of different shopping centres troughout the Netherlands. I started working at Colliers at July 2018, after working in media production at Warner Bros and Endemol, marketing communication company TBWA\ and Basis Activation Marketing and having my hospitality service company.

I joined WPM Group/Colliers in march 20O3 as Marketing Manager responsible for positioning 12 different shoppingcentres. In 2008 I made a side step working for an advertising agency specialized in real estate communication. In 2010 I was asked to fullfill the role of senior marketing manager at WPM Group/Colliers and I am responsible for positioning Woonmall Alexandrium Rotterdam (real estate in residential sector) and strengthening this brand through integrated (digital) marketing campaigns, PR, the development and distribution of relevant & engaging content and the organization of business events. I working closely with the Colliers marketingteam as well as our Colliers corporate marketing department to further strengthen our position in the market.
I started as a research consultant at Colliers in 2019. The research team is focused on the internal support of the various business lines in order to let them function as well as possible. Before Colliers I worked at The Class of 2020, the leading thinktank on student living in Europe, where I headed the research department. Before that, I worked as a researcher at Savills, and before that at the real estate department of the Radboud University as a policy advisor.
After a successful internship in 2017, I officially joined Colliers in 2018 as Junior Consultant Hotels. My role as Junior Consultant was to support the Senior Consultants with transaction and consultancy assignments. For example, I have been involved in dispositions and acquisitions of hotels, leasing assignments, valuations, feasibility studies and contract negotiations. Besides, I was part of the Colliers Research team until the end of 2020, where I was responsible for collecting and analyzing market data and writing market stories and publications.
Since the beginning of 2020, I have the position of Consultant Hotels, where I primarily focus on the consultancy assignments within the hotel team. This includes guiding rental assignments, conducting feasibility studies and valuations and advising during contract negotiations. Clients are hotel developers, owners and hotel operators.
Being an analytical real estate professional, my personal drive is to contribute to a real estate market that is good for people, planet and profit. By developing innovative services that enable our clients to take the next step, by helping owners and tenants with their sustainability issues, and by guiding the Colliers organization towards a sustainable operation.

I am an all-round graphic designer with over six years experience. I have previously worked at a design studio and as a freelance designer. As a designer I have worked on a variety of design projects for a range of different clients.

After studying Human Geography in Amsterdam and Economic Geography in Utrecht, I launched an online platform for Dutch geographers called DEGEOGRAAF.com. This was followed by my first full time job as a real estate journalist at Vastgoedjournaal. After two years I started working as a Community Manager at Hello Zuidas, the area management organisation of Amsterdam business disctrict 'Zuidas'. In this role I was responsible for marketing and communication as well as the organisation of events. In the beginning of 2020 I moved to Colliers for a position as Content Specialist in the marketing team. I am responsible for our blogs and research publications, press relations and the organization of events.
I joined Colliers as a Research consultant in 2020. My main focus will be on the office- and retail markets. The research team supports other business lines by providing data and data-analyses. Another main occupation of the team is the publishing of news articles on different topics within the field of real estate.
Before joining Colliers, I worked for a.s.r. real estate as a researcher.
Retail Marketing & Branding Specialist
I joined Colliers in April 2020 as Marketing & Brand Specialist Retail. Marketer with a history of working in the services industry. Skilled in event management, marketing, communication and public relations.
After completing my study Higher Hotel Management, I had the need to challenge myself further. The Bachelor of
Communication Science and the master Persuasive Communication (University of Amsterdam) fulfilled this challenge and
provided me with in depth knowledge of the rapidly changing field of communication with consumers by both commercial and non-profit organizations. After my master I started the Skyscrapers traineeship. During this traineeship I worked for six months as an allround marketeer at Detron ICT Groep, a B2B IT organization, where I learned a lot from various aspects of marketing, positioning and branding within a fast-growing organization. Shortly thereafter, I became responsible within Detron for translating the online marketing strategy to their offline strategy.

I have joined Colliers International in September 2018 as a junior valuer. In this role I focussed on residential property valuations and improving our automated valuation model (AVM). This made me realise that I take great pleasure in exploring data and analyzing processes . Early 2020 I have been afforded the unique opportunity to join the Data & Analytics team as Business Consulant BI. In my current role I work on making data accesible to the businesss, analyzing processes and implementing solutions to achieve corporate goals and business requirements.

I have joined Colliers International in March 2019 as Data & Process Analyst. I have worked in various (Financial/ Sales related) positions in companies such as Sun Microsystems, Staples and Hearst Magazines in the past. Real estate is a new industry to me and I am excited to learn. I am passionate to work with data using available information technoology to make analysis.
