The 'sustainable office' is a service with which we advise and guide owners of offices in making their portfolio more sustainable. This is the first step towards a complete package of sustainability services in all sectors in 2023.

In order to comply with the Paris Agreement, we are faced with more and more sustainability requirements. The government will further tighten the rules in the coming years and enforcement will become stricter. For example, all office buildings must have at least energy label C by 1 January 2023. More than half of them do not yet meet this requirement. This means that a possible closure is imminent. And this is only the first big step until 2050, the year in which buildings are not allowed to use more than 50 kWh / m2.

Based on the sustainability report, we draw up a detailed action plan with which we will make your office building more sustainable. One contact person takes care of project supervision, tendering, coordination and delivery. This increases control over planning and budget and ensures optimal communication.
Finally, we also ensure that the energy label is updated, or one of our experts guides you through the application for a BREEAM or WELL certificate. With these certificates you can determine the performance in the field of sustainability or a healthy working environment of your building.
