In order to comply with the Paris Agreement, we are faced with more and more sustainability requirements. The government will further tighten the rules in the coming years and enforcement will become stricter. For example, all office buildings must have at least energy label C by 1 January 2023. More than half of them do not yet meet this requirement. This means that a possible closure is imminent. And this is only the first big step until 2050, the year in which buildings are not allowed to use more than 50 kWh / m2.
