The development and maintenance of high standards and values are our top priority. Our Code of Ethics & Conduct is an elaboration of this and indicates how we act in our daily service. It is aimed at ethical and ethical conduct, the prevention of conflicts of interest and transparency. All employees have signed this code.

Our employees are responsible for their own actions. At the same time, our policy is to actively report suspicions of incorrect behavior. Supervision is carried out by the Compliance Officer Daan Potjer.

For our employees, there is a whistleblowing scheme where anonymous complaints or suspicions of non-integrity can be reported. The follow-up is monitored by an independent external party.
