2018 first quarter report
The country closed 2017 with annual growth of 2.1%, which is expected to be maintained for this 2018. On the other hand, inflation continues to be a concern for Mexican families, due to its bullish behavior in the last year caused by the depreciation of the Mexican peso due to the uncertainty of bilateral relations with the United States after the start of the negotiations of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the approval of a new tax plan in the neighboring country.
