Sergio Rojas is a top international executive with specialization in Real Estate and Tecnhology, he has great capability to understand business needs and high proficiency to deliver results, with more than 14 years of experience he started his career as a Programmer, occupying different positions in different industries (Real Estate, banking and brokerage house) he became Head of IT for Latin America Region for Colliers International, also at Colliers he was promoted as Director of Lease Administration service line and then again promoted as Corporate Solutions Director serving corporate Latin America clients. He owns a big list of achievements that distinguish him as a disruptive executive. His education includes a Computer Systems Engineering bachelor degree from ITESM (Tec de Monterrey), an MBA from EGADE Business School and he successfully coursed the Top Management D-1 program at prestigious IPADE Business School. He has strong experience serving clients with properties in Latin America, Europe and Asia and on the direction of teams of as long as 30 members with projects that required multidisciplinary contribution and leadership in several countries including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Peru and United States.

Nancy Hernández, joined Colliers International team in December 2014 to manage the lease contracts of Grupo Bimbo company´s portfolio. Participating in the review of management processes and rent payment of “El Globo” to identify and implement improvements to the processes that currently follow. She also participated in the elaboration of the processes for the lease administration and rent payment of “Thomson Reuters” portfolio.
Nancy has more than 10 years of experience in lease contract management and payment management of telecommunication sites, she is a person focused on results, she has been characterized by her efficient and proactive work, as well as by her contributions for improvement of operational processes in her area
Prior to joining Colliers International, she worked as property management coordinator in "Nextel de México", for a period of 3 years, and “Nokia Siemens Networks” for a period of 2 years, during which time she was responsible for the administrative coordination of the contracts of more than 6,000 owned sites and co-located sites leased by Nextel, as well as control of the budget and payment of rents. She participated in the revision and modification of existing processes, as well as the creation of new processes to make the activities of her area more efficient.
After coordination, she worked as site management analyst, where she analyzed the lease agreements, generation of payments, rent increases, bail and guarantee requests, and the attention to landlords to resolve any type of request derived from the contract lease, construction of the site and access to it.
She also worked as administrative coordinator for 5 years in “Implementos Plásticos, S.A.”, one of her achievements was the development of processes for the certification of the company in ISO9000: 2000.
