Professional Summary

I currently manage Fibra HD's Portfolio as Property Manager Sr. I'm responsible for 4 million sqft. of leasable area in  55 commercial, retail, industrial and educational buildings, in multiple locations in the country. I supervise a team of more than 60 Colliers professionals that includes Property and Facility Managers, Coordinators, Assistants and Maintenance Technicians who are part of our 200 member operational team including outsourced team members.  With the support of this wonderful team, I manage a yearly budget of  more than 560 million MXN of lease income and more than 110 million MXN of  OPEX. 

Before being asigned to Fibra HD's Portfolio, I was responsible for a portfolio comprised of 10 commercial (office) buildings of different clients, including Google Mexico, Biomarin, Audatex & Autoclaims (Solera), Gentera (Compartamos Banco), 9 industrial buildings of different clients including Clarion Partners, Fibra HD, Alveo, and 20 buildings  belonging to 4 private-owned portfolios.  Also I participated in the Help Desk Implementation Consulting services we provided for Grupo Bimbo, and the launch  of a  Sustainability Consulting Service within REMS Mexico.

My previous work experience includes working in Gigante Grupo Inmobiliario (GGI), one of the largest Real Estate companies in Mexico, coordinating the relationship with Soriana, its main client and one of the major national supermarket chains, to whom GGI rents around 100 locations nationwide. I coordinated several renovation projects and also supervised 5 condominium shopping malls, including Perinorte and Plaza Zapamundi, which GGI co-owns with Liverpool and Sanborns, respectively.

My previous work experience includes management of a 1,000 million MXN construction project  in Zibatá, a large eco-friendly community built in Querétaro where I developed skills in the construction management of urban infrastructure, landscaping, a Golf Course & Academy, the Discovery Center (Sales headquarters) and the housing lots, distributed over 2,400 acres. This experience has been extremely helpful when supervising and coordinating renovations and minor development projects in my current position.

Accomplishments

The successful design and implementation of the expense module of REMS's internally developed ERP system. (2020)

"National Service Excellence Award" in Colliers International, awarded in 2019.

"Real Estate Management Service Excellence Award" in Colliers International, awarded in 2019.

The successful coordination of the major remodeling of Plaza Punto Mochis, which included the construction of a new 25,000 sqft multiplex for Cinepolis and a  new 13,000 sqft space for textile retailer Parisina, optimizing the property's Net Operating Income, and renewing its image. (2017-2018)

The successful implementation of REMS's Call Center in Mexico, with the capacity to receive calls from all over the country regarding, maintenance tickets, potential clients, and suggestions from building users. (2017)

"Service Excellence Award" in Colliers International, awarded in 2016.

100% Satisfaction in Google's Offices for two consecutive periods in 2016.

The successful coordination of several renovation projects in retail locations in Mexico City, in which the challenge was to completely refurbish the facade without disturbing the tenant's daily operations.

The successful installation of an automatized water meter system in a retail location that had a recurring problem with uneven water usage by tenants and plumbing leaks in common areas. The installation made it possible to detect and correct several previously undetected water leaks, and also made it easier to charge every tenant a fair fee for water consumption.

The succesful implementation of management software Intelisis in Zibatá, in which the main challenge was transmitting the management needs to the software programmers and a period of double book keeping during the transition.

"Excellent Client Service" recognition in Ambiant Querétaro for getting the top result in client satisfaction surveys, awarded in 2014.
