Marco is an experienced Real Estate professional with continuous practice since year 2000 in sale-purchase, disposition and lease transactions of industrial and industrial facilities and Lease Management in different markets across Mexico. His main strengths are planning, execution and negotiation of acquisition transactions including build to suit Leases, negotiation of contracts, qualitative/quantitative analysis, as well as support in Strategic Planning related to real estate.
He counts with a thorough knowledge of the Mexican real estate markets and the players in them.

Aside of it, he has a significant track record of transactions including dispositions, acquisitions and lease management, including:
· At DHL: As Senior Real Estate Manager he was in charge of 18 new Lease or Lease Renewal Transactions, including a 600K sq.ft. BTS facility at northern Mexico City area.
· At Hines: He was responsible of closing +30 new Lease or Lease renewal transactions, including the Listing representation of a newly built Office building in Mexico City which he helped stabilize by leasing it up at 80%.
· At Prologis: He helped increase raise the Mexico City Area portfolio occupancy from below 80% to over 90% during the 2009 turmoil.
· At CBRE: He actively participated in a wide number of sale, buy, and lease transactions of Office and Industrial Properties in various cities in Mexico
Education
Marco counts with a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and a Masters's Degree in Real Estate Development, which allowed him to develop the ability to conduct inter-disciplinary processes. He has an ample vision of the Business thanks to his experience at brokerage firms (CBRE and Coldwell Banker Commercial), development firms (Prologis and Hines), as well as having worked directly from the “Tenant side” at DHL.
Memberships & Involvements
Marco took the four courses of CCIM certification in Mexico City.
He has always been keen to actively participate in all social responsibility initiatives fostered by the firms he has had the opportunity to collaborate at.
Prior to that in his high school and early college years he participated in an organized group where he gave Grammatic and Math lessons to children in low-income communities.

Rafael is a committed corporate industrial/logistics services specialist focused in representing Global corporations as well as institutional Real Estate companies for over 30 years. His experience in representing corporations in multiple markets throughout Mexico, that has allowed him to develop a high-level corporate real estate strategy for his clients.
He has an intimate knowledge of Mexico’s industrial regions & office real estate markets, business parks, developers, the corporate site selection process, real estate markets, and economic incentives provided by federal, state, and local governments across Mexico.
He is very active in the Mexican & international real estate communities as a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, (SIOR). He is a frequent speaker at international and domestic forums related to industrial development in Mexico, the Maquiladora Industry, the Automotive, Aerospace & Logistics sectors in Mexico, and real estate investment opportunities in the most dynamic regions.
Rafael McCadden joined Colliers International in 2005 after 8 1/2 years as Executive Director of the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks, AMPIP, a real estate development organization similar to NAIOP. He is currently Director of the Industrial & Logistics Division in Mexico, and is member of the Steering Committee of the Colliers Logistics & Transportation Solutions Steering Committee (L&T).
Mariana joined Colliers International in 2005 after her participation for more than 6 years as the marketing & investment promotion manager of the Mexican Association of Business and Industrial Parks (AMPIP), a Real Estate Development organization - similar to NAIOP in the USA - that groups over 230 Industrial Developments. Is part of the Industrial & Logistics Division in Mexico, focusing on Site Selection, Incentives and Logistics as part of Rafael J McCadden’s team.

As a broker he' has worked with national and international clients in various requirements such as purchase agreements, rent agreements, site selection, sale and lease back, for tenants/investors and landlords.
Max Alvarez joined Colliers International in 2016 in Mexico City. He has built his real estate career from the buttom as the Industrial Market Analyst, monitoring the market development and trendings.
Now, Max has developed himself as a real estate industrial broker, working as a Landlord Rep and Tenant Rep.
Max has leased over 72,000 sq. m. (775,000 sq. ft.) and sold over 37,300 sq. m. (401,000 sq. ft.) of industrial properties along Mexico, main of them within Mexico's City Metropolitan Area.
