National Manager Market Research | Mexico
Flavio Gomez is the National Research Manager in Mexico. He is the center in the implementation of the market data analysis, databases and new tools in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puebla, Queretaro, Tijuana y Cancún, also internal initiatives like developing and the standardization of information, sharing the statistics through the company, whit the publishing of the Market Reports, Market Overviews and more information.
He has been in Colliers International since 2007; he initializes as office analyst as part of the market research team. In 2009 became the coordinator of the retail and office area in the department. In 2010 increase their responsibilities as Market Research Manager in Mexico City. After that, in the beginning of 2012 he started in her actual position, the National Manager of the Research Department. In his role he has been the promoter of new systems and the developing of new analysis data bases in Cancún, Guadalajara. Monterrey, Mexico City, Puebla, Queretaro and Tijuana. Also he teaches Spex for LATAM.
