The main duties were:

To formulate a quarterly program of work with sales targets

· To assist the DirectWithHotels operation with capacity planning

· To Prospect “quality” hotels that take selling online seriously

· To Engage the decision-maker(s) of prospect hotels and convince them to subscribe to the DirectWithHotels service

· To Assist as needed to quickly and effectively  activate the hotel partner's website with the DirectWithHotels service

· To Assist operations on an intervention necessary for the partnership to generate maximum direct bookings online

· To Maintain Hotel Partner contact/decision-maker details in the DirectWithHotels CRM tool

FEDERACION NACIONAL DE CAFETEROS:

Responsible for:

o    Movable and immovable assets of the Federation (55.000), “Almacafe S.A.”(15.000), “Inspecciones Cafeteras” and the coordinating offices nationwide, as well as the “Contraloría General de la Nación” audits.

o    Planning, development and execution of strategic handling inventory projects nationwide.

o    Company risk management and the company insurance management.

o    Logistics for the “Congresos cafeteros”.

o    Monitoring the physical remodelling for the company offices, as well as the personal relocation and assets purchase and sales.

Management of the fixed assets module AM and MM under the SAP 5.0 information system.
