London – As global companies continue to grow their operations and outsource their corporate real estate functions, Colliers International is expanding its corporate solutions expertise with three new appointments. The new hires to the EMEA Corporate Solutions team include: Anna Warlow, Senior Portfolio Manager based in London; Carole Ouden, Senior Consultant based in Amsterdam; and Katerina Erbenova an Associate based in Prague.
With nearly 10 years of related experience, Anna Warlow joins Colliers International from British multinational defence, security and aerospace firm BAE Systems, where she managed a portfolio of 1.6 million sq ft with a £7.5 million rent roll per annum and was responsible for the delivery of driving cost efficiencies, gaining income from surplus space, and performing against budget and reducing financial and contractual liability. In her new role, Warlow will be responsible for driving innovative workplace solutions and help occupiers redefine their work lifestyles to create space-efficient and cost-effective offices that enhance business performance.
Carole Ouden joins the firm as Senior Consultant with more than 17 years’ experience in real estate solutions, project management and process management. At Colliers she will be responsible for integrated real estate solutions, including workplace services, process management operations, as well as contracting on behalf of office occupiers based in the Netherlands.
Having been with Colliers Valuations & Advisory team for three years, Katerina Erbenova will take on the role of an Associate within the EMEA Corporate Solutions. She will be working closely with Ernie Himsl and Karel Stransky and co-ordinating process management operations, as well as enhancing strong relationships with corporate occupiers in Czech Republic, and assisting in cross-border real estate requirements.
