Q1 2022 Baltic States Property Snapshot

Q1 2022

Research & Forecast Report

The total commercial real estate volume in the Baltics has exceeded 270 mln EUR in Q1 of 2022. The inflow of “non-real estate” equity helps to maintain market liquidity in the absence of international newcomers. Yield drop may be paused, but competition for good quality assets will limit possible yield increase.
