As of 1st of April 2021 the property of Riga Plaza shopping center is managed by the international real estate services company Colliers.
Fashion and entertainment shopping center Riga Plaza was opened in 2009. As of December 2020 the shopping center is owned by real estate investment holding company Summus Capital in strategic alliance with asset manager Zenith Family Office. The total area of the shopping center is 90,000 m2, it has 1,500 parking spaces and 50,000 m2 of retail space, with more than 170 tenants. Riga Plaza is among top 5 largest shopping centers in Riga.
