Despite the construction cost increase over the past months, construction process is still stable.

Even though some new developments have entered the construction pipeline, construction volumes are lower than in previous quarters.

The low supply of new projects and low vacancy levels have led to notable increase in rental rates.

Given the rising construction costs, multiple developers have delayed the start of construction works and most of the new industrial projects are remaining on paper.
