Colliers Latvia is expanding its presence and expertise in technical project management services by merging with Bauplan Nord technical experts’ team. The merge will strengthen Colliers’ position in real estate technical project management segment in Latvia and support company growth plans as a leading commercial real estate consultancy firm in the Baltic region
After the merge the total number of employees for this service line working under Colliers umbrella expands to 11 people with expertise in technical project management on both project and construction stages, technical supervision, fit out management, different type of due diligence works as well as other technical consultations for Colliers clients.
