여의도의 신규공급 물량 주요기업의 권역 이탈에도 불구하고 금융권을 중심으로 대규모 사옥 이전 수요 Tech 임차인의 지속적인 확장 수요로 4분기 평균 서울 공실률은 약간 감소했다.
