Colliers appoints Director of Office & Industrial Services for Korea

Korea’s real estate industry leader Hyunjune Lim joins Colliers to drive the future growth of its Office and Industrial Services business.

SEOUL, KOREA, 2 AUGUST 2021 Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) today announced the appointment of Hyunjune Lim as Director, Office & Industrial Services | Korea, effective immediately.

Based in Korea and reporting into Jay Cho, Senior Director and Head of Office & Industrial Services | Korea, Lim will focus on growing Colliers’ office and industrial capabilities across the Greater Seoul market. He will also invest in relationships with key clients to deliver enduring value to accelerate their success.

Lim is a real estate expert with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He specialises in portfolio office leasing and has developed a strong and successful track record over the years. During his career, he has undertaken numerous large-scale leasing projects in some of Seoul’s premier developments, including Center Field; FKI Tower, Signature Tower and Gangnam Finance Center.

Lim joins Colliers from CBRE Korea, where he served as Director of Investor Leasing in the Advisory & Transaction Services team. During his tenure, he led a team to provide illuminating insights and creative solutions to serve the needs of the firm’s occupier and investor clients.
