Professional Summary
As Managing Director of Colliers International, Rob is responsible for the strategic direction of the Korea business, to lead the growth and diversification initiatives and develop leadership talent. He oversees all service lines as well as shared services including investment sales, office leasing, project management, valuation and advisory, research, marketing and communications, human resources and finance.
Rob is also a member of the Colliers International Asia Leadership team.
Accomplishments
Rob has substantial experience executing commercial and industrial real estate transactions of all sizes; ranging from a couple of hundred square feet up to over a million square feet. He has worked on international transactions and provided strategic advice to multinational companies in every major market in APAC. Recent successes include:

Education
An experienced real estate professional with a focus on corporate real estate transaction management (commercial and industrial) as well as strategy consulting across the Asia Pacific Region. Rob aims to cultivate long-term client relationships and to become an expert in his clients’ real estate needs and their internal processes. Based in Seoul, but a native of both the UK and Venezuela and with over 20 years’ experience living in Asia, Rob brings to his post a diverse cultural and linguistic background as well as knowledge of Asian markets and business practices.
After graduating from the University of Nottingham with an honour’s degree in Management and Chinese Studies, Rob spent a year in Beijing studying Mandarin at the Beijing Language and Culture University. He continues to persevere with Mandarin as well as with Korean!
Rob is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) and is designated as an Office Specialist, the only one to have this designation in Korea and one of only a handful in the Asia Pacific Region.

He was also the Account Director covering 3M's regional property portfolio for nine years and Nestle's regional portfolio for four years.

Jay is currently the Head of Colliers’ Office & Industrial Services team in Korea. he has over 17 years of real estate market experience in Seoul for many years he has been focused on Office & Industrial Services. Strong experience in working on a range of both Korean domestic firms. With a proven track record in real estate field as a Senior director, He has successfully nurtured and developed lasting business relationships with a wide range of clients from institutional investors to individual landlords, developers and local conglomerates. Based on the well-maintained relationships, he has successfully closed multiple deals with various projects as indicated on the right, including financial services clients.
Consulting on the purchase and sale of commercial real estate such as office, retail, hotel, and Logistics center for about two years.
I am in charge of writing marketing materials such as proposals, TM, and IM and analyzing cash flow.
As Director of Korea, Judy is responsible for research outputs and play a major role to drive a more client-oriented research approach to support business win rate.
She provided various presentations or documents for clients' market reviews and collaborated with each team to answer client inquiries. She has built a good rapport and reputation with our clients through our services, which provide industry experts with consistently useful market information.
Judy has over 15 years of experience in real estate business and 6 years in IT industry. Prior to joining Colliers, she has served as a Head of Research for 7 years in Cushman & Wakefield Korea. She also had worked at Golden Bridge Property Management (Vanguarz Asset), Polaris HQ, LAN bird Technology Company, and Alibaba Korea.
Suah is currently a Director of Colliers International Korea Office & Industrial Services team. Suah has 12+ years of commercial real estate market experience in Korea.
Having an extensive experience on both the tenant and landlord sides in Seoul market, she is well-versed in leases and local lease practices. Suah has an excellent negotiation skill of fine-tuning the two parties' difference of interests based on a solid understanding of both.
She provides clients with pertinent information on current market conditions and knows how to work effectively across internal and external project partners aiming the best interests of the client.
