Office Services Leasing Team
Engaged in office leasing brokerage business for corporations for 15 years, engaged in numerous corporate relocations as an advisor from property examination to relocation. In his previous job, he managed operations for five years as a branch manager in Osaka and Nagoya, and as a director, he also oversaw personnel, general affairs, and accounting for four years.
He moved to Colliers International Japan in January 2019. He participated in the establishment of the Office Leasing Division, the opening of the Osaka branch, and the establishment of a subsidiary, Colliers International Design and Build Co., Ltd.
Office Services Leasing Team
Engaged in office leasing brokerage business for corporations for 16 years, not limited to office relocation projects, we provide advice on renewal and re-contracting, share trends and cases of office relocation, and provide advice on facility strategies. In my previous job, I was involved in many office brokerage operations mainly in the Tokyo area, and I have the advantage of deep cooperation with building owners, mainly major developers. Participated in Colliers International Japan as a starting member of the Office Leasing Division in October 2018
