Kazutaka Hinoshita has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry mainly in Japan covering hotels, resorts, Japanese inns, wedding facilities and restaurants.
As a consultant, Kazutaka advised on a variety of major projects including market studies, feasibility studies, negotiation of franchise & management contracts and business restructuring advisory services.
Whilst working for the owner/developer, Kazutaka conducted operation analysis and negotiation of budgets and annual plans for the hotel. He has also been involved in onsite resort development work overseas.
During his work with a hotel and restaurant operator, he was responsible for execution of management contracts, analyse new hotel developments, owner relationship management, operation analysis and lease agreement negotiation.
