Managing Director & Chairman
As Managing Director and Country Head of Japan, Yukihiro is responsible for leading the growth of Colliers’ business in Japan and oversees the Tokyo and Osaka offices.
With over 40years of industry experience, Yukihiro was Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Capital Markets Division in Japan and champions the company’s strategy to capture more Japanese capital into regional and global markets.
He brings comprehensive knowledge of sourcing on domestic and foreign funds; structuring finance deals; supervising international business initiatives; and overseeing the acquisition and management of office buildings, hotels, housing developments and land acquisitions.
He supervised all international business for Sumitomo and subsequently worked in the commercial real estate brokerage business at Sumitomo Real Estate Sales. He also was the Board of Directors for Sumitomo Real Estate Investment Advisors.
Previously, he held the position of Senior Statutory Executive Officer Head of Real Estate Services at Ichigo Group Holdings. While there, he successfully developed and spearheaded the firm’s real estate sourcing and acquisitions businesses, in addition to leading its Osaka office.

Capital Markets & Investment Services
As a Deputy Managing Director, Hisakazu will oversee and drive the expansion of the Capital Markets & Investment Services business and accelerate Colliers’ growth in Japan.
Executive Director & Head of Occupier Service
Hideki joins Colliers from CBRE, where he has accumulated 26 years of real estate experience. In the most recent role as Senior Director, Advisory & Transaction for Office in Japan, he was responsible for delivering on the tenant representation business’s sales targets and promoting their capabilities to top tier Japanese companies. During his tenure at CBRE, he has also held positions in office leasing, corporate solutions and management, and has successfully won new clients and established a strong network of relationships in Japan. Some of his achievements include managing head office relocations and large-scale asset sales for major Japanese companies.
I am very excited for this opportunity to lead the Occupier Services business for Colliers Japan. Now more than ever, it is not only important to understand the changing needs of the occupier market, but to also cultivate relationships with occupiers and landlords to maximize the potential of property. I look forward to further developing our office leasing capabilities in Japan to accelerate the success of our clients and attract market-leading talent to Colliers to further strengthen our business.

Dick has been active in architecture, construction and project management for the last 14 years. He has led design and fit-out of numerous local and global companies. He is a highly motivated, efficient, practical senior director who possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and has a good depth of experience in multiple industries. He both bilingual in native Japanese and English has a wealth of experience on complex projects. Project work includes the relocation of GSK HQ office, Amazon and Microsoft Osaka office relocations. Before joining Colliers International, was senior project manager effectively leading and training young project managers.

Noriko has over 15years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry.
She was involved in valuation of securitized real estate for J-REITs, private REITs, private funds, etc.
(office, apartment, retail, hotel, logistics, vacant land, development project and nursing home), asset valuations of business company, and rent valuations.
