Located in the heart of Milan, the Marriot hotel is currently undergoing a redevelopment and restyling of the entire structure, which includes over 317 rooms, 21 meeting rooms, a gym and the largest ballroom in the city centre (GBA: 40,000 sqm).

Project Ripa

The renovation of the Mirror Tower Center (Ripa Project), located just outside Milan, is part of the strategic growth of the city's living platform and provides for a change of use from office to residential (GBA: 27,000 sqm).

Borgwarner

Located near Castel San Pietro, close to Bologna, Borgwarner is a property for industrial use currently under redevelopment (GBA: 11,700 sqm).

SDB Monvalle

Property located in Monvalle, near Varese. SDB Monvalle is currently subject to a redevelopment project for the office sector and expansion of the dedicated logistics section (GBA: 5,500 sqm).

Giuseppe Bonomi professional path starts from Architectural degree, followed by a Master in Business Administration at Bocconi University (Milan); the further steps were in real estate development projects, followed by advisory activity for Ernst&Young Financial Advisors; after these experiences, he had the previlege to join the Italian State Agency for development of major public projects; subsequently he was CEO of the development company controlled by Novara Municipality; at present he is senior advisor in Colliers International Italia, with distinguishing target on public entities and on large R.E. portfolio restructuring.
