Offices | Italy Q4 2021

Download Report

Despite the pandemic situation, companies have adapted and are still looking for new spaces for their offices.

A few key points

  • In Milan we've recorded a good level of take up, higher than in 2020 and close to the 2015-2019 average.
  • In Rome we've recorded a slightly higher take up level than in 2020, but still far from the 2017 2019 average and without large transactions.
  • In terms of supply of office spaces in Milan, there is a decrease compared to the previous year.
  • The combined effect of the decrease in quality supply and the increase in demand is pushing up rents in Milan. In Rome the situation remains relatively stable.
