The investment volume we will have at the end of the year will be the lowest recorded since 2014.
The pandemic has caused an unprecedented economic crisis and great uncertainty about the future, especially in the short to medium term. 
However, the real estate market has reached very positive volumes, especially compared to what happened in other previous crises, for example the financial crisis of 2011.
Some asset classes have proved to be more resilient than others, for example logistics and healthcare.
The hotellerie was the first to be impacted by the crisis linked to the pandemic, but at the same time emerging trends for the smart-working increase such as the possible transformation from traditional hotels to hybrid hotels (hotel - offices) can be seen. 
The crisis has accelerated the changes taking place in offices and the way of working, but it has not decreed its "death".
