In the Milan and Rome markets, office space rents increased compared to the volume of the first half of 2021, returning very close to pre-Covid levels.

 

The key points:

  • In the two cities there is greater attention on the part of tenants for well-positioned and quality properties
  • The market is healthy and manages to outlet new products in strategic areas of the city
  • The activity of the Roman market remains closely linked to transactions in the range of 1,000-3,000 square meters
  • The limited offer in the centers of Milan and Rome is pushing up prime rents, reaching even 650 € / sqm in Milan
