Offices | Milan & Rome Q1 2022

A good start in 2022 for the office market in Milan and Rome, with growing values in both take-up and rents.

A few key points:

  • The need to have more and more flexible spaces facilitates the marketing of the renovated premises
  • The Milanese market recorded a strong increase in take-up thanks to the recent pre-let transaction of 30,000 m2 by Banca Intesa
  • The Roman market had a particularly high take-up value thanks to the Deloitte transaction in via Veneto of approximately 16,000 square meters
  • Both in Rome and in Milan the offer is stable, with the Milanese offer at the lowest level in the last 15 years
  • Rents continue to increase both in Milan and in Rome
