The wide range of competences, the scale of activities and the growth ambition of the company represent the perfect environment to develop my innovative activities across different real estate sectors. With Roberto we plan to develop new technologies and operational tools for the analysis and management of working environments. It is a creative and promising project that we'll undertake in collaboration with some far-sighted managers coming from leading companies".
Roberto Nicosia, CEO of Colliers International Italia, added: "New concepts such as ''space as a service'' and ''flexible workspaces'' are destined to dramatically change the traditional approach in real estate management; in addition, hybrids between different uses of the properties, such as offices and hotels, require a visionary approach combined with digital tools to manage the increased complexity. Pietro Martani has been an innovator, a forerunner in this sense and has an entrepreneurial approach, all traits that are very important to us at Colliers. With his know-how he will help us and more importantly, our clients, to better understand the evolution of workplaces and to seize the most important novelties of the progressive mix of workspaces & hospitality.
