Lease of a major logistics asset in Rome: Colliers advised Unieuro and SEGRO-Vailog

The logistics hub (over 50,000 smq) is located in Colleferro (Rome) and will serve central and southern Italy.

 

Colliers Italia advised Unieuro, the largest Italian consumer electronics and household appliances retailer, and SEGRO-Vailog, a leading industrial real estate development company, on the identification and pre-let of a logistics hub of over 50,000 square meters near Rome. The new logistics site, owned by SEGRO-Vailog and currently under construction, will host bulk products. The hub will be operational by the end of 2023 and will serve the regions of central and southern Italy.

In June 2020, he became Chairman of FLC Freight Leader Council Young, an association of young logistics experts that focuses on sustainability, innovation and digital trends.
