Professional Summary

Simone, as Head of Research in Italy, analyses the Italian real estate market in order to support the different business lines. The aim is to support the clients' choices in their investment and disposal decisions through data, analysis and forecasts.

Moreover, various market reports are realised on the different products, asset classes and locations, also in collaboration with the other Colliers research departments.

Finally, Simone is a member of the “Research” INREV Committee since January 2021.


Before entering in Colliers, Simone worked ten years in BNP Paribas Real Estate. Starting in Paris in the international department in Paris as responsible for the office sector and then after four years moving to Milan as head of research for Italy. During this experience Simone supported all the different business lines and worked on all the asset classes (included the residential market). For the IM business line Simone was member of the Corporate Development committee that evaluated the new investments and the new funds.



London School of Economics and Political Science: MSc in European Political Economy (Integration). Main Courses: The Political Economy of European Integration & The Political Economy of EU Enlargement. Dissertation (published): “An analysis of the regional convergence in France and Italy, with a particular focus on marginal cases”.

University of Rome “Tor Vergata”: Bachelor Degree (Laurea) in Economics. Dissertation in Monetary Economics: “The European Monetary Union: its impacts on insiders and outsiders”.

Lycée Français Chateaubriand de Rome: Baccalauréat TC.
