Silvio Sancilio heads the Capital Markets division for Colliers Italia and leads a team of professionals specialised in the Office, Living, Logistics, Hotel and Retail Asset Classes.
As a professional with over 15 years of experience in real estate, Silvio has consolidated experience in both the national and international real estate sector, having held important roles in Unicredit, where he managed a portfolio of over € 10 billion in 19 countries, and JLL Italia, where he headed the Office Capital Markets department. Over the years, he has worked on real estate transactions amounting to over € 8 billion, with particular mention going to the acquisition of Immobilien Holding in Austria and Monte Rosa 91, the sale of Melchiorre Gioia 22 and Torre Velasca in Milan and the “I Tolentini” complex in Rome.
Silvio Sancilio has a Degree in Architectural Engineering, followed by an MBA obtained in Italy and the United States.

In his previous roles in Italy, he was the Country Director for Luxury Hotel Partners Ltd, a company specialised in luxury hotel consulting and earlier Senior Hospitality Consultant for Advisor Hotels & Tourism working with a number of high profile, international luxury hotel companies and independent properties. In Dubai, as Group Development Director for the hospitality division of Zabeel Investments, he was in charge of expanding the group’s portfolio.
A graduate of the Glion Hotel School in Switzerland, Marco has worked operationally at a number of international properties including the Boca Raton Resort and Club in the US and Hotel Saratz in Switzerland.
Sara Bindo joined Colliers Italia in 2017, initially as Research Analyst in the Research Department, participating in numerous projects on the Rome office market and the hotel asset class.
From 2018 onwards, she joined the Hotels & Leisure team at Colliers Rome office. Her expertise predominantly focuses on the Hospitality sector, and in the area of Advisory in particular.
Before embarking on her professional career in real estate, she obtained a PhD in Planning at Rome’s Sapienza University and subsequently specialised further with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management from the Milan Polytechnic.
Professional with over 11 years-experience in the Real Estate Services, after having worked in various local companies, he joined World Capital Group in 2013 covering various roles including Head of Advisory, managing the Letting & Investment team. In 2016 He moved to the BNP Paribas Group, initially as a Senior consultant in the Office Department, and then received a mandate for the launch of the local unit dedicated to Retail. He also contributes to the development of the Pan-European platform by creating a channel dedicated to the High Street segment and strong synergies with the major Italian brands. In recent years it has consolidated its position by focusing on the Luxury and Premium world, managing significant operations, including those of international importance. Today Niccolò is Head of High Street Retail in Colliers Italy and he handles the Leasing & Capital Market Team.

Niccolò SUARDI
Head of the team dedicated to Logistics, Last Mile & Data Centers at Colliers Italia, Faustino handles investment and leasing activities for key national and international players.
His previous experience in the sector includes 7 years as Head of the Logistics Agency Team at JLL Italy, focusing on letting, development and redevelopment from greenfield/brownfield, leases of existing properties and logistics hubs. He was a member of the JLL Italy Business Committee since 2018.
Following his Degree in Economics and Corporate Management, he earned a Master’s in Real Estate from the Milan Polytechnic and an MBA from the MIP Business School, with an Exchange Program at the School of Inspired Leadership in New Delhi.
In June 2020, he became Chairman of FLC Freight Leader Council Young, an association of young logistics experts that focuses on sustainability, innovation and digital trends.
Giovanni Maria Mazzacani lavora nel team dedicato alla logistica, last mile & data centers in Colliers Italia. Si occupa di attività di investment e leasing interfacciandosi con i principali player, utilizzatori e investitori, sia nazionali che internazionali.
Dopo la doppia laurea in International Management presso l'Università Bocconi e la Fudan University di Shanghai, Giovanni ha lavorato come ricercatore presso la IESE Business School e presso l’ONU.
Rientrato in Italia dopo gli anni all'estero, nel 2018 Giovanni si è unito al team Logistics & Industrial di Jones Lang LaSalle dove ha potuto seguire da vicino una asset class in forte crescita ed evoluzione anche grazie al boom dell'e-commerce. Giovanni si è anche focalizzato sui data center, asset class oggi al centro dell'interesse di utilizzatori e investitori.
Domenico Marino is part of the Logistics, Last Mile & Data Centers team and manages Investment and Leasing activities, dealing with key occupiers and national and international investors. Domenico has a degree in Law and is qualified to practice the profession. From 2017 to 2018, he worked at Amazon, where he headed a team of 20 individuals, handling commercial relationships with all suppliers active on the IT marketplace. He later joined JLL in 2018 as Logistics Agent, with the task of identifying strategic assets for the key Italian logistics operators, with specific focus on Last Mile assets. He also managed exclusive sales instructions for a total of 500,000 sqm and, in 2020, was appointed head of the search for the new Last Mile hubs of Amazon throughout the country.
Professional with over 10 years of experience, graduated in Economics and Management of Tourism Businesses at the University of Catania, Roberta Maiolino has worked for various international real estate companies. She started in 2009 as part of the Retail asset management team at CBRE Global Investors, and then joined the Savills Italy Valuation & Advisory team in 2014. Her passion and deep knowledge in the Retail sector is consolidated during her experience in Italy Fudosan Real Estate where she holds the role of High Street Senior Consultant. She contribute to creating synergies with international investors and brands operating in the Luxury and premium segments, managing significant leasing transactions on the Italian market. Roberta joined Colliers in July 2021, as part of the High Street Retail team, working on Leasing & Capital Market activities.
