How did you get into the real estate industry?
During my college days, I was closely involved with the re-development project of the building where I used to stay. Since then, my inclination has been toward the real estate industry. After completing my B. Tech, I started with a job in residential sales, and over time, I transitioned to Corporate Real Estate.
What drives you to achieve professional success?
While there are many reasons like money, recognition, etc., for me, it has been more about learning new things, solving complex problems with each transaction, and building lasting relationships with clients. In the brokerage business, deal closures give you a high, and you get addicted to it over time. The secret of sustained success is continuous improvement.
What's the most fulfilling aspect of your role?
Brokerage is a service, and customer satisfaction is the most crucial aspect of any service. It measures your quality of work, drives client loyalty, and boosts new client acquisition. It also keeps you from becoming complacent and helps improve service quality. A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.
What is your advice to people starting the industry?
