Prior Colliers International, Deepchand gained one year experience in market research at ISS Facility Services.
In the research hat, his responsibilities were to analyze and identify companies which look potentially good for investment and also forecast the future trends in the market.
In his start up venture, he has worked directly with clients ranging from banks, developers, warehousing and industries.
Ajay is a mechanical engineer with 12 years experience in Valuation of Plant & Machinery and Real Estate across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Myanmar. He has worked on valuation assignments for private and nationalized banks, public sector undertakings’, Government agencies and corporate.
Ajay has worked on valuation projects for purposes such as financial reporting under I-GAAP & US-GAAP, collateral security, Insurance, Asset purchase & disposals, including auctions.
Havin has 9+ years of experience in providing real estate Valuation and consulting services across the country to wide spectrum of clients including Funds, Developers, Corporate houses, Government Institutions, Individual land owners, Occupiers etc. Havin is part of the Mid-India Valuation and Advisory Services team based out of Mumbai.
Prior to Colliers International, Havin has worked with other International Property Consulting firms in the Consulting and Valuation teams in various capacities. Havin also has worked with a reputed developer in an individual contributor role.
