Vilas has started is his real estate career with JLL in Mumbai in 2008, where he was part of Occupier Solution Business during his tenure of around 8.5 Years, he has sucessfully concluded transaction upword of 1 Mn SF.
Prior to leading business for Capital Markets & Investment Services for Colliers International in Pune, Vilas has been associated with Cushman & Wakefiled for 4 years. In his role he has service various developers / corporates for disposition of land and real estate assets on Outright / JV / JDA & DM Basis also assisted various developers for raising the captial.
