Key Responsibilities: 
 Co-ordination with the Client, Contractors & Local Govt. bodies.  Preparing Minutes of Meeting, Monthly Development Reports and distribution.  Preparing Variation statement.  Support Sr. Management in organizational & Operation tasks.   Monitor & Control Sr. Managers schedule and meetings and serves as confidential assistant to Sr.  Management.  Handle visitor management independently and Vendor Management & payments.  Maintaining Financial payments status of the vendors.  Maintaining Tender Documents and Files. 

 Follow up with Consultants related to Drawings, MARs etc.,  Maintaining Administration work like petty cash, attendance register, etc.,  Stationery, Building maintenance, Utility bills, & Canteen maintenance.  House Keeping and Security / Fire controls.  Preparation & Formatting of Design Brief Reports (DBR).  Formatting Bill of Quantities & Technical Specifications.  Preparation of Tender Documents as per company formats.   Issue Pre-Qualification form to vendors and collect the completed forms.  Prepare Vendor Comparison for Pre-Qualification.  Preparation & issuance of Notice Inviting Tenders (NIT).  Ensure timely submission of tenders by vendors.  Coordinating & following up with vendors and arranging meetings.  Preparation of Technical & Commercial Comparatives.  Formatting & preparation of Notice of Awards & Tender Reports.  Issue Notice of Awards (NOA) to vendors and get the accepted copy of NOA.  Keep track of documents issued to & received from vendors.  Preparation of Stamp Paper Agreements and get it signed by the client & vendor.  Preparation of Contract Documents, and distribute it to the client, vendor, and Project Manager.  Formatting Monthly Status Reports (MSR) of various projects and forwarding the same to clients.  Scheduling of interviews.  Reviewing Daily Status Report and Daily Progress Report and sharing with the clients.  Training Vendors and Consultants in Asite (Asite Project Workflow is a cost effective, very flexible solution that enables members of a project team to manage the review of documents and better control project processes - improving response times and reducing errors.)   Managing Asite for vendors and consultants.
