Her role in Transaction include providing end-to-end Services – portfolio assessment, occupancy planning, feasibility & demand assessment, market approach & strategy, quantitative & qualitative assessment, lease negotiations and documentation. Prior to this role in Colliers, she has worked with Knight Frank, Asipac Group, The Times Group and The Royal Thai Embassy.
Accomplishments
After completing graduation and post-graduation in Mass Communication from Nagpur university, Shweta moved to Delhi to pursue her career goals. In 2008 she moved to Bangalore and has been associated with real estate since then. Due to her long stint in the Industry, she shares great rapport with developers/Landlords and clients. Business Development and Client Relationship Management is her forte. Shweta has represented clients like Netskope, AT Kearney, Philips, Ipsos, Airspan Networks, Nykaa and many more.
