Professional Summary
Sharmila started her professional journey in the industry with Colliers. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Project Management divison, she has worked in the Design coordination team for Parcel-8 Office blocks and an Office Park (Central Garden), Embassy Tech Village, Bangalore.
She is currently working as an Associate in the Technical Due Diligence Department and has worked on providing diligence for Commercial and Industrial projects. As a part of this, she has provided assistance to clients by conducting a detailed technical analysis, assessing various risks involved related to approvals, construction, operation, etc. and accordingly providing solutions to reduce or mitigate the risk in the projects.
